Scope: These terms apply to brand storytelling, creative direction, design, and content services provided by Superbloom by Aurore.
Pricing & VAT: Prices are in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Dutch VAT (currently 21%) is added where applicable.
Payments: Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is due to start. The balance is due on delivery or at agreed milestones.We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.We take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Revisions: Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revisions. Additional rounds may be billed at the standard rate.You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Intellectual Property: After full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. We retain working files and non-transferred IP.
Client Responsibilities: Provide timely feedback, access, and materials. Delays may affect timelines.
Confidentiality: Both parties keep non-public information confidential.Liability: Services are provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.Governing Law: Dutch law applies. Courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction.
