Scope: These terms apply to brand storytelling, creative direction, design, and content services provided by Superbloom by Aurore.

Pricing & VAT: Prices are in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Dutch VAT (currently 21%) is added where applicable.

Payments: Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit is due to start. The balance is due on delivery or at agreed milestones.

Revisions: Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revisions. Additional rounds may be billed at the standard rate.

Intellectual Property: After full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. We retain working files and non-transferred IP.

Client Responsibilities: Provide timely feedback, access, and materials. Delays may affect timelines.

Confidentiality: Both parties keep non-public information confidential.

Liability: Services are provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law: Dutch law applies. Courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction.
